Weight gain advice

I'm 16, 5' 10"and weigh about 110
I've started to begin simple workouts and have started eating more during meals and eating more frequently. But I'm not sure if I'm doing this right so I need advice?

What foods will help me gain weight and build some muscle and which workouts are best for my body type.

Any advice is appreciated

Proteins fats and carbs, you need them all. Try and 50/30/20 split and increase your calories slowly each week. It's going to keep you lean but build slowly. If you wanna bulk swap the protein and the carb ratio.
