M name is Rodrigo (31) living in Germany close to the Luxembourgish border. I´ve been really sportyin my teenages , did football, rowing, handball and badminton for a long time. With my job all these activities stopped, but the eating manner stayed. Result:
Me being 86 kg where i`m 171cm only. Overweight.
Started a few weeks before new year I´m now down to 81kg aiming for the 72kg till June 1st. First goal is losing weight whilst keeping my muscels up as much as possible. Secondary is getting these abs up to visible.
Ultimate Goal is first week of June going to the Alps with my friends and rocking the MTB challenge with a strong and good looking body.
Usually max 1-2 resting days per week, rest is filled with biking (at -2 degrees) running, skydiving or doing workouts on Skimble.
