I stopped smoking a year ago and gained a lot of weight . I lost it by using a weight lose doctor lost my job and gained it back. We now I have to loss it because of my back and migraines . Sometimes I just don't feel like doing the work outs cause am so tired from work now that am back working . What should I do . I have 4 kids a husband and I care for my disabled mom and am a manger at a full time job . Am just so tired

Just keep your goal in mind and know that even when you have no drive to workout that you have to better yourself to be able to care for the others. That'd what I try to do. Also try setting yourself small goals on the way to achieving your long term goal. Also reward yourself something little when you reach those small goals.

Start with some yoga sessions or stretching. Make work outs your you time. You are worth the effort.

You need to take care of yourself so you are able to care for everyone else :-)
