Good workouts to get rid of thigh fat?

Gotta sweat & burn to lose weight. Wall sits & squats will help you tone up and build muscle (and burn calories) but HIIT will accelerate the fat lossĀ

You can target where to build muscle but unfortunately you can not target where you want to burn fat from. But from what everyone is telling you. Squat, lunge, wall sit and repeat. Don't forget about hiit or smit cardio. You'll burn fat everywhere and you can build leg muscle while doing so.
