Does anyone have any feed back on which machine is better for toning/weightloss? Ive googled it but rather a real answer. Thanks!! :)
Treadmill burns slightly more calories than the eliptical. If you are barley starting to workout, you should stick to the eliptical. You'll be more comfortable and gain endurance safer that way. Once you assess how well you can go all out for you should switch to the treadmill since it is more versatile.
