New here. Have done a few workouts but and finding it hard to stay motivated. Have always wanted to gain a little weight and now that I finally have the weight I find that it's more fat than muscle. As a former soldier I want to get back in shape. Build as much muscle as possible and get ripped. Don't really have any equipment other than my body and don't have the ability to get to much. Anybody have any ideas or willing to be a true friend with a swift kick in the butt for some motivation?
