I need help! PRE-WORKOUTS

I'm 13 and i dont want to mess up my body with supplements, creatine or any of that good stuff. I want to make my own pre- workouts, for example... 1 cup of orange juice, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, and 1 scoop of ice.
If anyone has any other ideas please help, thanks

30-45mins before working out put a spoon of coffee granules into a blender with some water & half a banana... At your age that'll be all you need

Your going the right route not using supps at a young age. When I was in high school before sports I would mix coconut water, spurlina,  and mixed berries in a blender. Or eat a banana,  non fat Greek yogurt, and oats. But oats or boring so buy fiber one cereal.
