Finally decided to lose weight, and gain muscle mass. I'm trying to lose 10 lbs in about 2-3 weeks. Anybody have any pointers or advice? Eating habits? Exercise Habits (routine)? Weight loss supplements (protein powder)

Limit your calorie intake to around 2000 for a man with a balanced diet of chicken and lean beef and fresh vegetables.

Is not overly important what you eat its calorie intake that makes you lose weight but lower fat foods are better for your heart...protein rich foods is better for building muscle.

Protein power is not a dieting supplement it has no use to dieting at all, its extra protein to supplement food proteins for muscle mass.  It contains calories so if you plan taking it factor that into to you overall daily allowance.

Lastly you want to be eating around 6 times a day to keep your metabolism running...the day of 3 meals are gone with history...after 2-3 hour your body enter starvation mode storing as much fat as it can...its a natural part of evolution. Eating little often has benefit of keeping you fulfilled as well as metabolism burning.
