Hey guys,im a newbie here and wanted to ask if anyone has a tip how to get toned butt and legs without losing weight cause I have normal weight...

U can just squat and eat better If u want to tone as in lose fat gain muscle then do short intense cardio and also squat heavy and do leg exercises to build muscle. Eat more protein etc. but I don't get what u want to do. U don't want to lose weight so I suggest u try to lose fat and gain muscle so that ur overall weight can stay the same if that's what u want
