Do a 8 hr day in 34 c heat with nearly 70% humidity,my exercise is suffering, too tired out,what do you suggest I do,
It's understandable so get it out of the way in the morning. You may be dehydrated also. Drink a lot of water and perhaps some electolights. Simple rule...after midday, should empty bladder every two to three hours. If you don't, then you are dehydrated...:)
I do mine in the night about an hour before bed so I stay fairly cool and I'm heading to bed after so I don't have to walk around sore from an intense workout.
