Do a 8 hr day in 34 c heat with nearly 70% humidity,my exercise is suffering, too tired out,what do you suggest I do,

Do your exercises in the morning and it won't matter if the rest of the day is tiring.. temperature in my country go up to 40 degrees in summers just drink more water :)

It's understandable so get it out of the way in the morning.   You may be dehydrated also.  Drink a lot of water and perhaps some electolights.   Simple rule...after midday,  should empty bladder every two to three hours.  If you don't,  then you are dehydrated...:)

I do mine in the night about an hour before bed so I stay fairly cool and I'm heading to bed after so I don't have to walk around sore from an intense workout.
