I am very active but still have belly fat underneath need help and guidance Thanks!

I'd love to follow this post. I have the same problem!! I've just been told do cardio then core toning.

I already doing also interval cardio but i think that's not enough, I don't like diet, that's maybe the reason need guidance Thanks!

Lower ur body fat. U should try to lose fat and build muscle. So lift heavy in the gym. Not too heavy though, any weight where u can do between 8 to 12 reps with proper form. Most importantly, u need to do cardio and change ur diet. DIET -U have to eat less calories than u burn. U ca. U can use an app called my fitness pal to keep record of ur calories daily. It tells u how much calories u need a day to lose weight and u just have to follow it. Remove junk food from...
