Hi im new,just joined lost 65 pounds,working on my core now thought u could help me
What do u suggest as a good core workout for a starter like me that will show results so far just been doin cardio and lifting gonna start to focus on core
Thought crunches too well dont give up urself repetition works something diffrent works to not get bored plus body losses more if u change it up I noticed id jog if id stop lossing weight id bike so on good luck !!
