So I am so sore I can barely move my legs nor laugh cough sneeze...what xm can o do to ease the pain

Warm up gently, then stretch. Then trh a wsrm shower. Always cool down with gentle movements, and always stretch really well after a workout. This moves out some of the lactic acid after workout. Stretching should be done after workouts rather than before.

Epson salt baths tend to work well for me.

Light Cardio like cycling or something helps recover too with a good diet.. and you could always use a good massage lol
