we all need a little push! I would like someone to trade advice with and dieting advice! I have a problem with dieting...because I love food

I also love food! I think the trick is to eat the right food. I have just started a high protein, low GI diet. I've not had bread or potatoes for about 10 days now and I feel good. Look at the "BBC what's the right diet for you" website. It has some good advice and info.

I too am a foodie,  I have found weight watchers beneficial in my quest to lose fat and become healthy.  It has helped me get portion control figured out :-)

Oh me.i love junk food and wings.so I have cut back on those and do shakes now and I stop eat hours before bed time it has help me so much in the last week

I stopped eating after 9. I also didn't completely cut myself off from the food I love instead I watch my intake and instead of eating more big meals I'm eating small meals and working out.
