Mmmmmm no carbs after 4 pm and measured out portions of veggies with protein no later then 630pm and lots and lots of water. Only my 3rd day snd pray i can stick to it. Plus no sugar drinks for a month.
i stop eating at 6:30 and then drink plenty of water every now and then.
7 or 8. and if I get hungry...water water water or a small thing of greekyo with a lil honey
End eating around 8pm but i still would drink ice water.
You got the best answer in here...cos its very hard to not eat but its actually easier to watch what you eat.
