Hey any recommendations on how to get started?? I need to loss some weight

To lose weight, you can do cardio, diet, and weight lifting. Since your on this app, to get started weight lifting you should try for some dumbbells and a bench. Working out is not about target practise, or just working out one area. This leads to you looking like some out of R L stine and no one wants that. Try working out everything chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders and core. Building muscle is the first step in gaining mass and toning. Look up athlean x on YouTube for more info.
