Anyone know of a good workout with weights?

Ive been trying to get some muscle in my arms. I have (2) 5lb weights. Trying to do more with my strength workout now. Any suggestions??

This app has great workouts for your arms. Try them. Pushups are great too.

Go on YouTube and check up weight excerises and ull find some I know quite alot but I can't show u em Only describe em to u

The cool thing about push-ups is after a week or two, you will be able to do twice as many. If you stay focused on your training of course.

Try shifting to 10 lb weights when the 5 pounders feel light already. Focus on bicep and tricep movements. Curls are best. Three times a week should be enough. 2 sets/15 reps per set.

Try an hour of dancing every day and also Zumba

Thanks for the advice! I will try them all. Moving from 5 to 10 is a good idea once those weights become light.
