Does any one do calesthenics
Does anyone here do calesthenics ?
I do every now and then.
Make sure you pace yourself and that your also doing the exercise correctly ( you do want to avoid injury!) Make sure to always warm up and cool down!! ( I have days when I forget and it's terrible.)
& um just the usual, keep hydrated.
Go to Google or maybe even on here to find some workouts for beginners. :)
