Well 1st off Congratulations on your little bundle of joy, I think you should try out squats, abs && obliques, then smooth it out with some good yoga stretches also great stress reliever

I am! I'm down to my pre-pregnancy weight just have a small amount of belly fat. Think I will start jogging this week.

You are way ahead of me. Lol I had surgery a month after giving birth so I got stuck with the baby fat and couldn't work out. Best of luck!!

I know what u mean my last turned 1 and i just have to find the time this belly fat have to go .any suggestion???

Yeah. I would say try to always get some walking in. Or do some stairs. I found the beach basics is good for me. Kicks my ass but works great on belly fat. I was sore the next day. I'm down a couple pounds but stay motivated and keep doing the work out.
