I'm gaining weight instead of losing
For me counting calories and tracking all my progress works best. It sounds like you eating good stuff just watch the amount of oils and sodium you intake. Too much sodium can make you retain water. Hope this helps!
Just always remember muscle weighs more than fat though! Just keep eating right and workout atleast 30 minutes a day & switch up the workouts weekly! You don't want your body getting use to same workouts all the time because it will eventually quit working
