I need a motivation buddy . I feel really shy when I see other people outside when I want to jog. How can I get rid of this year?

I have the same issue I love when the park is alone I dance run more and even scream I love to jog but I don't love people in general I just pretend they aren't there and ignore them but I wish the guard would close it for me alone and other joggers some people are just plain rude screaming things or following you around ... creeps!

Headphones on the world off.
And run in a park or something where nobody would pay attention to yet another jogger. Good luck with your goals
