What's the best way to gain weight for a teenager, both eating habits as well as workouts?

Don't get yourself burning- no cardio. Lift heavy and since you're trying to gain weight, you don't have any restrictions however protein is the way it should go.. 2-5 mins of warm up on the treadmill and rest lifting weights should do it

Eat healthy lift heavy.
More protein is the way to go

- restrict your cardio
- lift heavy with 2-3min rests between sets
- eat a lot & keep it clean
