Should I eat lunch b4 or after I do my work out.

After. Because u gonna have to wait an hour or so before u can eat.

That's good to know im not worried about weight just want to stay healthy so when I get old I'm not kiking myself in the butt later just afraid of eating b4 effecting my performance

U can have a banana b4 you workout to give u energy then have proper meal after . Big neal b4 will be to much :-)

It depends on how you exercise.  If you do weight lifting you should eat after. Because your body is going to be in need of protein after a weight lifting session. If you just do cardio eat before. It's good to carb up before a run.

Have two hour gap after a meal.....otherwise you can eat anytime :-)
