Do a lot of calf rasies. Jump ripe helps build calves and burn fat. If you have a partner look up donkey calf raise.
The calf raise is your friend. Normal, single leg, weighted, it'll do the job in no time! :-)
Calf raises in sumo postion, donkey raises. And dont forget the front of the leg muscle.
