Here are a few workouts and stretches I like.
Salmon is my go to lean protein. It's east to cook. You can prepare it with some lemon juice and cajun seasoning quickly fry it with some olive oil and serve with a side of sweet potatoes. I have endless amounts of links to recipes and workouts from different sites. Let me know if you need any help.
