hi, everyone! I'm new here and I'm not looking to loose too much weight but looking to tone up, eat right and feel a little bit better *endorphins!* if anyone would like to give me advice on recipes, workouts, stretches or anything please let me know. thanks

The first advice you should know and every starter is that do a progressive workout, start with low exercises and then rise them up to the hard ones.

Salmon is my go to lean protein. It's east to cook. You can prepare it with some lemon juice and cajun seasoning quickly fry it with some olive oil and serve with a side of sweet potatoes.
