Hello everyone!
I just recently downloaded this app because I am going to start working out again. I am 5'4" & roughly 125 lbs. I want to focus on muscle tone, getting abs, losing couple lbs & maintaining it. I am not big into weights n' all that jazz.. wondering if anyone has any suggestions on workouts that would be best for me?

For toning, you just need to do sit ups, swimming, walking to jogging... Simple easy stuff really. Heavy weights would build muscle not tone, so it's okay that you're not into them. Though, to tone your arms, get two cans of the same food, and lift these one in each hand, fast. That'll tone. :-) (my partner was a body builder) salmon can help you tone and can help your skin look nice too! :-)
