I just recently downloaded this app because I am going to start working out again. I am 5'4" & roughly 125 lbs. I want to focus on muscle tone, getting abs, losing couple lbs & maintaining it. I am not big into weights n' all that jazz.. wondering if anyone has any suggestions on workouts that would be best for me?
