Channel anger into energy while lifting weights
Always. Going back to your hater post, I try to find something I hate about the guy in front of me... something like the fact that he didn't re-rack his weights, he smells bad, he is sitting on the bench texting for 5 mins, his shorts look stupid etc... Totally works. I'm able to channel that hateraide to knock out the last few reps. Good post, man.
