Hi and welcome.  Best tips i can offer....

1. Get your diet right.
2. Be consistent and work out regularly
3. Maintain a calorific deficit
4. Take responsibility for your situation,  actions and motivation

Hit these 4 targets and you will make significant progress over the coming months.
