Hi guys!!! My name is Koy and I'm new to this app that I downloaded a few days ago. My goal is to tone up and lose the cellulites on my thighs a a butt cheeks and lose the belly fat.
I have a pool in the back yard and would like to feel confident in the bikini without having to cover up for summer. I'd like some suggestions for food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't pay attention to what I eat most time. But I am adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet. Hopefully I will get some more tips on getting rid of those fatty tissues.
