Hi everyone! My name is Nikki! I am trying to lose weight, and work on keeping my booty lifted, also trying to thin out my thighs.
I just downloaded this app, and have done workout so far, I think my plan is to do these workout alongside with yoga on M/W/F. And do cardio on Tu/Th.
I think I need somethig like this to push me and seeing all of your progress and getting help really is inspiring!
I would like to know if anyone knows a good weekly diet site or makes them, where I can just follow it an buy the stuff for it! Or what to eat and not to eat? Anything that'll help really, and work...fast! Lol
