Hi everyone! My name is Nikki! I am trying to lose weight, and work on keeping my booty lifted, also trying to thin out my thighs.
I just downloaded this app, and have done workout so far, I think my plan is to do these workout alongside with yoga on M/W/F. And do cardio on Tu/Th.
I think I need somethig like this to push me and seeing all of your progress and getting help really is inspiring!
I would like to know if anyone knows a good weekly diet site or makes them, where I can just follow it an buy the stuff for it! Or what to eat and not to eat? Anything that'll help really, and! Lol

Try it has healthful and delicious snakes, that could potentially help you on your mission. Also try something other than yoga. Welcome and good luck.
