Hey all ive recently downloaded this, I travel alot and usually in hotels a friend suggested this app. It seems from what ive seen that this might be just right for me but just wondering if anyone can relate and suggest tips (eating, motivation ect..) thanks

I travel a lot with work also. This app is very helpful with staying consistent. The workouts are usually short and varied, but your intensity will be key in the results you get. Invest in resistance bands to keep and improve on muscular strength. Best of luck with your journey.
