I'm new to this and I need help. I need some workout and diet ideas for reducing fat in the leg area and building better muscle structure as all. I am training kickboxing five times a week for about 7 years now but it seemed that for the last 2-3 years I had started gaining fat in the legs and the backside area. I need tips which will help me to loose the weight in this area and not to face the "yo-yo effect" afterwards. Thanks!
