I have hit a plateau and am not budging! What are your thoughts on pyramid training? Thanks in advance!
I have changed it Scotty! I will be doing single sets, supersets, giant sets and that should shock the crap out of me, I hope.....lol
Starting on wednesday I will be playing around with my program and getting familiar with it and see where I am on the weights if I have to increase or decrease! It will defiantely make me feel the burn, no pain no gain....lol
