Hurt my leg while running today. :/ It feels better if I stay off of it, but right when I start doing much more than walking around my house it hurts really bad. >-< I think I pulled a muscle. Does anyone know of ways to fix it? The pain is in mid thigh area.

Ice it , rest , heat rub to :-)

Perhaps soaking in Epsom saltĀ  and elevated leg rest.

Try to ice it and keep it elevated, don't put too much pressure on it. If you're trying to continue exercising don't push it, just go for walks around your neighborhood until it feels better.
