I downloaded this to help lose weight I have tried and failed a few times but now I'm determined the last few months I have been getting a grip on my diet I became vegetarian and so far so good. But now it's time to get down with the exercise this time I'm actually exited to start. In the past I started the diet and exercise at the same time. I found it too hard to find the motivation. But reading through some posts it seems quite a positive community. So.... here we go

Hi welcome, to lose weigth, the most important it's the diet, then exercise. I think you are in the right track. There's a lot of people here to support you if you lack motivation, it's in deed a great comunity. You go girl, good luck.
