Well hello I'm a 25 yr old mother of one and I'm soo over this weight I've gained over the past year. So i found this app and so far i like out! I did my first workout today and i really worked up a sweat! My starting goal is to lose 10lbs but I'm not stopping there! So any tips and words of encouragement would really help!

Hi,I'm 24 and single working mom of 2-year old.I've gained a lot during pregnancy but I was always in sport so it wasn't hard to lose that weight.But I still have to tone my body like before or even better.Be determinate 'cos your body deserves that and your kid deserves a healthy and happy mother.Most important:eat healthy...without that,exercise won't help much. Stay positive,you can do it!!
