New to this and looking forward to see what its about. I love the gym, fitness and nutrition, my main goal now is to gain muscle mass to the glutes and tone. Any tips and motivation would be appreciated. Let some workouts begin ☺

I would start eating plenty of protein like meat, diary, eggs, chicken, peanut butter, and etc. Hope this advice helps you out!
