Hello! I'm new to this app and community. I'm a girl in my 20s trying to lose 50 lbs and tone up. I do weight training, cardio, HIIT and stretching on off days. I don't diet but try to eat mostly non starchy veggies, fruits, high fiber carbs, healthy fats and lean proteins. I limit and stay away sweets, greasy and starchy food when possible.
I'm here for mutual exchange of motivation, support, advice and camaraderie. So again, hello and wish you all luck with your goals.
