Stretch marks vs toning/abs ?!
I have stretch marks on my tummy, will lots of ab work visibly reduce stretch marks ? Any other tips on how to reduce the look of them ?! Is there any toning exercises that could help ? Seriously hate stretch marks
First step is perception. some see stretch marks as something ugly or hidious, I think this is false. I see stretch marks like the ripples on a pond, each telling there own story. But that's my opinion. A few ways to reduce the visibility of these are by applying vitamin E and or egg oil to the areas. I've also heard of using aloe vera or lemon juice (i guess the acid helps with collogen production ).
Drinking plenty of water and a nutrient rich diet would do no harm either.
I simply suggest embracing the beauty and uniqueness that your body provides. Hope any of this helps. :)
