Getting Back On The Horse
I've been out of practice for about 3 years now and my weight has steadily increased. Granted I did have a child, but with my work schedule and other commitments and responsibilities my health as started to take a toll.
I'm really scared of going to the gym, especially alone,because everyone is really thin and in shape and I get looked at funny and it makes for an uncomfortable workout environment.
Does anyone have any tips on ways I can start to make my transition back to a healthy lifestyle?
