I find it hard to sometimes :-) just do whatever u can even if it's 5 mins 10 mins something is better than nothing . Even going for a walk or a bike ride :-)

After years trying not to get the weight my heritage had ready for me, what I learned is that to be fit and healthy isn't only to do exercise otherwise it involves a whole way of life that goes from what you eat, drink and do till what you read or watch on the telly. Once you get that clear and are ready to make it happen you are closer to get your goal......sorry in advance if my English isn't that good...I'm from Spain. Keep it up!!!!
