Hi guys! Just scheduled my first workout this Monday at 8:15am. I've never been able to keep consistent with getting in shape. I would start and go for a week or two them stop. I would like to lose 20lbs and gain some muscle. Any tips on things that have helped you would greatly appreciated. Thanks guys, hope to hear from you.

Have a real life workout buddy and track your progress from monthly pics instead of scale because in the end numbers don't mean a thing it's about how you look so concentrate on that and on eating healthy as that will do wonders for your weight loss, motivation, health and happiness aha
