Going to work on arms tomorrow,give me you best bicep and tricep workout

1)Warmup 2 sets barbell curls x10 reps...( 1-10 method) pick weight u can do only 1 rep with after finishing warm up ...perform 1 rep strip weight by 5pounds perform 2 reps keep doing it till reach 10 reps... Only rest is to take weight off... 2) incline curls 7x30,5,5,5,5,5,5 .. 3) (superset) one- arm tricep extensions with db concentration curls 7x30,5,5,5,5,5,5 ..4) dips 7x30,5,5,5,5,5,5... 5) triceps push downs 7x 30,5,5,5,5,5 ..6) done
