Don't be afraid to start on a beginner workout cause some of those intense ones are intense

Yeah theres no way im jumping straight into intense , id end up like a jelly lol

You probably would. But being a beginner i wouldn't workout more than 3 days a week. Having at least one day of rest in between each workout. And your going to be sore at first don't let that stop you its natural.

Hey! This app is awesome and you will definitely love it. Just find workouts that are beat for you and just stay focused and you will do great :) have fun!

What kind of goals are you looking at?

Build stamina along with toning up and the weight loss should hopefully begin to show.
