I exercised alot yesterday and im aching all over, are there any stretches i can do to get rid of that so i can do more exercising?

U could try my anti stiff n soreness workout... have a look before u try though. As it may be too much if your completely new to this.

Or you could try stretching each aching muscle in turn. Hold stretches for 15-30 seconds. Afterwards your muscles should feel much better.

You are naturally going to be sore from exercising especially if you are doing a lot. The soreness is your muscle recovering, rebuilding and getting strobger. You can always just youtube stretches based off where you are sore.

Then i don't know. From the main page i hit forum and then in the top right corner there is the plus sign next to a magnifying glass. Other than that i tried lol
