Hey everyone!! I'm a newbie to this ap and it asked to pay $9.99 or $6.99 monthly. If I buy the $9.99 one will I have free access to all programs or just that one program?? Do I have to pay for each program I want?

You don't have to pay at all - I suggest to start with the hundreds of free workouts for some days/weeks and see if you like it and if you stick with it!

Where do I find them?

Just go to the 'Workouts' tab - 90% is free. The yellow 'Pro' ribbon or the Pro popup tells you when you hit a Workout which is reserved only for the pro members. What really costs is just the Programs - but even there are some free ones

You can 'Browse' for specific targets there, check out some of the featured ones or, what I do, follow some people and check out which workouts they're doing. You can e.g. check out the workouts I liked - they're all free

I think the 9.99 is for permanent access to the one program you buy, and 6.99 monthly gives you access to everything available from the app.
