Little pep in my step

Hi, My name is alexis.
I'm 19, & I weight about 165.
I start a new college in the fall and want to be in good shape, toned, and a few pounds lighter.
Maybe about 130.
I really lack motivation.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do?
