Can anybody recommed some healthy food options? I find myself snacking on the wrong things most times.

Fruits are always a healthy snack! I recommend you to eat 5 times a day so you won't feel the urge to take snacks.

They are healthy bars you can eat. You also have nuts like almond, cashews, peacon, walnuts, dates, Brazil nuts. Hope this helps Sophia!

Eat dark chocolate between lunch and dinner..it will cut down your snack desire.:-P
