Gaining muscle!

Haven't been trying to lose weight but to gain muscle. Its been 2 weeks so far and I'm seeing some progress. I am using weights with my exercises and that makes a huge difference. Concentrating on rounding out and building glute and leg muscles. Trimming down waist to 23 inches. I've been eating lots of protein, good carbs and fats, drinking at least 64oz of water daily. Rather than lowering my calorie count I have raised it. Eating at least 5 meals a day. I am currently 130 lbs & 5'3. Anyone else trying to add pure lean muscle have any tips?

You're going about it the right way eat most of your daily carb quota before and after your workouts and coconut oil/fish oil helps gain muscle mass too eat lots of brocholi/veggies as well target to gain a pound a week so it's mostly lean muscle that you gain. Good luck gaining :)
