Sweets yes, carbs completely, no.  That would include all fruits, most vegetables, nuts, seeds, and all grains.  You'd be left with meat and milk.  That's fine for a meal maybe, but then there's the whole nutrient deprivation thing.... I wouldn't recommend it!

Yeah. And carbs are also necessary for our bods. But in my case I really can't avoid it. Because I tend to eat a lot. Esp. Pizza, pasta and other stuffs. I can't avoid sweets as well. Hahaha. What should I do with my life?! XD

Hi Francinne, I feel you. For me it would also be a dealbreaker to have to live without carbs. What I do (besides cheating sometimes like yesterday e.g.): I try to level it on a healthy balance. I try to avoid sweet-only foods and the combination of high carbs and fats and keep an eye on my overall intake. No carbs is not healthy imho, would make you tired and lethargic and would make me esp. very grumpy. Find your own way. Good luck!

I'm on the Modified Atkins Diet for Epilepsy and I can only have 20 grams of carbs a day. No fruit, bread, pasta. Mostly chicken, some meat and tons of veggies!
