Sweets yes, carbs completely, no. That would include all fruits, most vegetables, nuts, seeds, and all grains. You'd be left with meat and milk. That's fine for a meal maybe, but then there's the whole nutrient deprivation thing.... I wouldn't recommend it!
Yeah. And carbs are also necessary for our bods. But in my case I really can't avoid it. Because I tend to eat a lot. Esp. Pizza, pasta and other stuffs. I can't avoid sweets as well. Hahaha. What should I do with my life?! XD
